300-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training

Locations: Surrey and Sweden

The foundational 200-hour Seasonal Yoga teacher training course is the opening of the journey and education into yoga and yoga teaching. It really does just scratch the surface into the depth of Seasonal Yoga, anatomy, teaching yoga, energy systems, meditation, pranayama and so much more.

In order to take your knowledge, practice and career as a seasonal yoga teacher to the next level, an advanced 300-hour yoga teacher training further is required and advised. Advanced Seasonal Yoga teacher training with Sue Woodd and Tina Hedren allows you to be flexible and open to add on modules to your 200-hour Seasonal Yoga training. These are also available to 200-hour yoga teachers who would like to know more about how to teach seasonally.

Is a 300-Hour Seasonal Yoga Advanced Teacher Training for me?

A 300-Hour Seasonal Yoga teacher training is for you if you want to truly pursue yoga as a career, develop your own retreats and teacher training programs, stand out from the yoga teacher crowd and to improve your chances of employment in yoga studios. Yoga is a journey and a personal evolution, where most of the key lessons and practices take time and experience to master. Traditionally before the Western explosion of yoga, yoga students in India would study with a master or Guru for years, sometimes decades before being approved to teach. This advanced Seasonal Yoga training honours this tradition and takes it into practice. The 300-hour training takes place over several years, where you combine trainings, retreats and your own practice and teaching to complete your hours.

During your advanced yoga teacher training, you will become deeper connected to your purpose and your practice of yoga to develop your niche style and interests or teach for a particular demographic e.g. post-natal yoga, yin yoga, yoga for seniors, yoga for children etc. It will require discipline, focus and a true commitment to your yoga practice, embodying yoga as a lifestyle and reflected in your yoga classes as a teacher.
