In the last 100 years life has changed drastically brining about a dispersion of human energies on all levels. We are now faced with a new epidemic of stress related disorders caused by our inability to adapt to the highly competitive pace of modern life. If we are to restore a point of balance and harmony in every sphere of existence and create a more peaceful world we must first learn to relax and harmonize are own mind and body.
