Meditation is not about techniques it is beyond techniques… but techniques are the ways to lead and help you to reach a Meditative State. No one technique is better than any other it is just a question of finding one that suits you and these may vary over time or different ones can be used according to the situation. Meditation is a journey of self-discovery and awareness, the ultimate goal being to let go and surrender to the part of ourselves that Knows the whole story about life and who we really are in relation to it.
